This is the privacy statement of Plukon Food Group B.V., with registered seat at Industrieweg 36, 8091 AZ Wezep (The Netherlands) and registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 30244837 (hereinafter called “Plukon”). This privacy statement is also applicable on all Dutch subsidiaries of Plukon.

You might or might not be aware, but you share personal data with us. It is important to us that we handle your personal data with care. With this privacy statement, we want to explain to you how we deal with personal data and which rights you have in this respect. Sharing personal data with third parties
Plukon will only share your personal data with third parties if Plukon is legally obliged to so or if Plukon has a legitimate interest, or if you have given permission to Plukon to share your personal data with a third party. Plukon may involve third parties to optimize our services. These third parties are called processors and they only process the personal data on behalf of Plukon (our website administrator, for example).

Job applicants
Plukon works with several employment agencies. It is therefore possible that you will be asked if you permit us to share your personal data with an employment agency. Plukon only shares your personal data with an employment agency after you have given us permission to do so.

Access, correction and deletion of personal data
You have the following rights:

The right to request us to provide insight in your personal data (such as your address or telephone number);
The right to have your personal data (such as your address or telephone number) to be completed, corrected or deleted;
The right to object to the processing of your personal data
The right to request us to limit the use of your personal data
The right to request us not to share your personal data with a third party.

These are not absolute rights. We will assess your request or objection in accordance with the General Data Policy Regulation (GDPR) of the 25^th of May 2018. We will notify you as soon as possible, but in any case within one month on the actions we have taken in response to your request. We have the right to extend this period by two months depending on the complexity of your request and the number of requests we receive. If this period will be extended, we will inform you accordingly.

Security of personal data
Plukon will take appropriate measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, publication and unlawful processing. Therefore, we make sure that only authorized persons have access to your personal data, that the access to your personal data is secured and we check our security measures regularly.

The Plukon website may contain links to other websites. This privacy statement is only applicable on the websites of Plukon. Other websites may use their own privacy policies. Therefore, Plukon recommends you to look up the privacy statements of the other websites if you want to use these websites.

Plukon makes changes in its privacy statement from time to time to make sure the privacy statement is up-to-date. Therefore, we recommend you to regularly check this privacy statement.
